Another key partner with Binary is CMC, based in Atlanta, Georgia engages in diverse engineering and technical services that include acquiring, designing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and documenting business-improvement systems. Founded in 1996, CMC is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified small business with diverse information technology services that support agency mission critical systems. They have over 10 years’ experience serving private industry, state, local, and the federal government. CMC provides agencies with proven problem solvers who are able to step in and help our clients meet their mission critical goals. They understand the importance of finding skilled professionals with the right knowledge, experience, and if necessary security clearances. CMC is a prime contractor on Seaport-e, with State of Georgia, NIH, and the City of Atlanta. They have also provided IT support for the NBA All-Star Game and the 2007 NFL Super Bowl in Miami, Florida. CMC is a subcontractor to the Xerox Corporation–providing training, maintenance and record management support to the Pentagon, Coca-Cola, Verizon, and Fulton County, Georgia.

Basic Commerce and Industries, Inc. (BCI) was founded with a strong systems engineering base and has a proven track record combining broad engineering credentials with significant operational expertise. BCI currently provides software support to its various government and private industry clients in all phases of systems & computer program design, development, and maintenance for the nation’s space, defense and commercial systems. Generally speaking, BCI is an Engineering Company, with specialization in the areas of Radar, Command & Control, Communications, Weapon Control, Navigation, Computer Networks, Advanced Training Systems, Air Traffic Control, Human Factors Engineering, Ship Systems, and Weather Processing Systems.
